Thank You for your interest in:
Virtryx's Disabled Friendly Service,
and its Private Stock offering
If you are here, you have already talked to a Company representative, and this site is to offer a quick explanatory brief of what we're planning and inviting you to be a part of.
A little about our Parent Company: Virtryx International, Incorporated is an S Corporation, incorporated in New York in 1996. It specializes in E Commerce informational exchange, and Web Services. It owns its own Web Site, and has immediate access to multiple T1 connections and presently has adequate and adjustable bandwidth.
A synopsis of our goals and mission: The Disabled Friendly Service is targeted to directly help, on a no-fee basis, those members of our society that are physically and/or mentally challenged and their families, in two ways.
1. The location of services, specifically equipped to handle a particular "challenge" even in one's home community can be a daunting task. When "on the road", "challenged" individuals and their families can often be unable to locate these same services in a timely manner, especially in an emergency. Present on-line resources are limited to Agencies and telephone numbers, - not a lot of help at 3 AM on Sunday morning, in a strange city, or town.
We propose to build a searchable database, community by community, that will be accessible from any computer. This database will be coded, as to type of "challenge" that provider is/is not equipped/staffed to handle in a clear and quickly recognizable format. This database will be searchable by State, Community, Provider's name, Address, or type of service required.
While the search of the database will be no-fee, the commercial viability of this project will be maintained by Banner Ads, which will be matched to each database's page by locale, and will allow advertisers to target a specific market. In addition to this specific revenue stream, referrals to our parent company for Web Services will be realized and there are additional and high profit potentials from other options, after database development in urban areas.
2. The other way we will help the "challenged" community will be employment. This database will not be accurate, nor profitable, without the integral involvement of this community in every step of its establishment and maintenance, as it has been in its concept and design phases. Therefore, steps are underway to recruit, employ and train representatives of the "challenged " community to build the database.
It is our intent to launch 4 pilot projects in communities of smaller size first, and then apply the refined plan in major metropolitan areas within 3 months.
In concept, this might appear to be a labor intensive project, but by locale, the database can be built, and then updated regularly, by use of small 4 person teams - 2 to canvass, 1 to sell advertising, and 1 to do data entry. Continued employment will be sustained by having these teams rove, and alternating between adding new communities to the database, and periodically updating communities already entered. Overall Supervision would be on a regional/State level, with support services provided by already established Virtryx International employees.
Further cost savings will be realized by utilization of "challenged" community members in a "Work at Home" status, minimizing site maintenance costs, and most states have some sort of training funds and can be counted on to help provide the skills, an individual might lack. Additional computer units will be custom built as necessary and supplied from our in-house subsidiary in North Carolina, at significant cost savings.
In Summary: The Disabled Friendly Service is designed to be flexible, minimize start-up and on-going costs, continually growing, a service to the community, and profitable to it investors.
And that's where you come in...... Virtryx has physical assets, but is looking for private investment to launch this program. Whether you are excited by the potential for profitability, are committed to our mission to provide this service to the "challenged" community, or both.....we invite you to join the Virtryx Disabled Friendly family, by investing now.
An honest note of caution: While we have worked for over 10 months on this venture's concept, design, and implementation plan, this is a Start-Up project, and as such, is a speculative investment. We here at Virtryx are committed to this project, and to a policy of honesty and integrity, therefore we will give you projections based on the best information available, but nothing should in any way, be represented or taken as a "guarantee," as to return on investment, and/or time until a return is realized.
